CloverfieldStore delivers the goods by specialized carriers in the areas specified by the Customer.
CloverfieldStore reserves the right to cancel the order if the shipping area of the Customer is not covered by specialized carriers.
The presence of the Customer or a delegated person is required at the time of delivery, to make sure that the package is intact and clean and that the received products correspond to what is indicated on the order. In case of visible defects, such as incorrect quantity and/or wrong product and/or the lack of integrity of the package, the Customer or his/her delegate will report it on the waybill and contact CloverfieldStore via the "Contact" function not later than 7 (seven) days from the delivery date.
CloverfieldStore deliveries the purchased products to the address indicated by the Customer, using the following methods:
1. Orders Delivered to the Customer
i. Once the order has been placed, the delivery date for Italy is expected within approx. 3-5 working days; no responsibility can be attributed to CloverfieldStore in the event of a failure to comply with this time schedule.
ii. The delivery will take place without appointment and it is intended at street level.
iii. The delivery will be made by courier SDA or Bartolini in a time between 8.00 and 19.00 - Monday to Friday.
iv. In case of non-delivery due to unavailability of the Customer, and anyhow after ten (10) calendar days of stock, the order will be automatically cancelled and CloverfieldStore will refund the Customer the value of the order, except for the cost of delivery and storage at the courier wharehouse, which will be at the Customer's expenses.
v. In case of absence of the Customer on the day and the time agreed with the courier, CloverfieldStore will charge the Customer the cost of the new delivery.
2. Orders Delivered at the store Cloverfield
i. As an alternative delivery method, CloverfieldStore offers its Customers the opportunity to withdraw the products purchased at its store located in Via Salara, 29, Ravenna.
ii. The Customer can choose this way of delivery by placing the purchase order ship method "Collect in store ".
iii. The collection of the goods can be made from Monday to Saturday from 09.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.
iv. The Products purchased will remain in stock at the store at no extra costs for a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which the Customer buys the product on the site.
v. In case of non-collection of the Products by the Customer within the period above specified, the order will be automatically cancelled and CloverfieldStore will reimburse to the Customer the order value.
